We'll begin with 45 min of Slow Flow Yoga to build your appetite and then celebrate our sweaty practice with a yoga-community dine out at one of Vancouver's spectacular plant-based restaurants, Virtuous Pie. Tonya Kay, 31-year vegan, will guide and host. All diet orientations are welcome, gluten-free options will be available. Price includes Slow Flow Yoga class and Dine Out Meal. *cost of drinks and transit extra

TONYA KAY is a career dancer and vegan of 30 years. She's danced on Broadway, in Hollywood blockbusters and on international tour and brings her love of movement, shapes and clean living to the hot room.She is a 600 hr CYT with certifications in Hot Hatha, Vinyasa, Hand Balancing, Yin, Prenatal and Mat Pilates whom now teaches in-person workshops, privates and group classes in her home city, Vancouver, BC.A breast cancer survivor, Tonya Kay's mission is to create your body as a place to feel strong, take pride in, have fun with and come home to through all of life's changes.
