Tonya Kay guides you with targeted drills, technique tips and hands-on support at a gentle tempo in an unheated studio so you can gain confidence and see progress in Downward Facing Tree (Handstand). Bring your curiosity and let's play with intention!* Prepare by building up your plank holds to 1+ minutes

Rates vary and include free pre-assessment to layout your athletic needs and goals.
