Our last Arm Balance Workshop was such a success, we're doing it again only this time, adding HEADSTANDS.This workshop is for all levels. Tonya Kay will guide you with her signature technique tips, prop support and hands on adjustments so you can safely build the shapes of common and new arm balances and headstands in an unheated room.You will leave feeling physically playful and empowered to bring new shapes to your yoga asana practice.Sunday, April 19
